Megan Descutner, MSN, RN, CMC, CDP
Megan Descutner is a certified care manager whose nursing career has spanned rehabilitation, home health, long term care, mental health, and community and government relations. She has a masters degree in nursing and has worked with individuals and families from birth through end of life.
She established Golden Pond in 2011 and merged ElderCare Strategies, founded in 1999, into her firm soon after. Since then Golden Pond ElderCare Strategies has helped clients live their best life. Above all, Megan is an advocate.
Megan is appointed to the Loudoun County Commission on Aging, and is a member of The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. She is actively involved in community education to improve care for vulnerable, disabled, and elderly individuals providing knowledge and tools to make a difference.
